Outside the new schools BSF program I was involved with several projects in education; Refurbishment of a research laboratory for the University of Leeds School of Chemistry, under Farrell & Clarke Architects, involving design layouts and technical co-ordination of specialist services and installations; the Nottingham BSF bid as project Architect with the Aedas Architects on a bid for three sample schools; and as Sustainability and Enhancements Project Manager working within the estates department of the University of Bolton where I worked on their Carbon reduction program.
