The two bedroom property is a simple bungalow style property in Harrogate where the client requested a simple low maintenance structure to fit on a small plot of land, the fabric was designed as a simple frame with traditional materials suitable for a self builder. The refurbishment and renovation projects included renovating the existing envelope, structural alterations, new windows and doors, renewed and replaced services and fixtures. Not so much creative design but a focus on element detail and specification for commercial investors.
